Hello, my name is Ron Shimshock, and welcome to the Shimshock Group website.  Thank you for taking time to learn about our company.  We are small business experts and passionate about helping our clients succeed.  We provide:

Background

Over 15 years ago, I started my career at one of the top business consulting firms.  I truly enjoyed the work, and my broad consulting experiences helped me to develop the business, technology, and communication skills necessary to help clients succeed.

I eventually moved to a smaller, more entrepreneurial environment.  This was during the heady "dot com" days, where consulting firms were growing by leaps and bounds.  I was fortunate enough to join a company in its early stages, and play a significant role in helping to build the organization.

This experience helped me to realize I had a great passion for entrepreneurism.  I enjoyed the challenges of developing our consulting business, and assisting startup clients with their own new adventures.  My entrepreneurial spirit spurred me to start several of my own businesses.  Doing so brought a true understanding of the foundations for a successful company.

My accomplishments invited inquiry from others, wondering if they, too, could turn dreams into reality.  My encouragement, motivation, and expertise created inspiration. This inspiration eventually led to coaching small business clients, creating websites to realize business vision, and providing sales, marketing, and operations advice and support for growing organizations.

The business services I have been providing the last few years ultimately led to the creation of the Shimshock Group.  Our work has helped build several successful enterprises, and transformed lives.

Our Team

In most cases when senior-level expertise is necessary, I will work directly with clients to fulfill their needs.  If we are building a website, marketing materials, operations manuals, or other similar items, I will discuss the specifics with our client to determine the right mix of resources to meet their financial and timeline goals.
